John R. Williams is the President of JRW Group, Inc. and is responsible for the corporate leadership, risk management and general administration of the corporation. Prior to the formation of JRW Group, Inc., Mr. Williams held a variety of positions with real estate construction companies ranging from carpenter to Director of Construction. Mr. Williams owns and operates Rancho Framing, Inc. where they build over 1,500 single-family homes per year throughout the State of California. Rancho Framing, Inc. also builds custom homes, multi-family housing projects and small commercial centers. Mr. Williams started Rancho Framing, Inc. in 1988 in Riverside, California and expanded the business in Northern California in 1996. Mr. Williams was one of the founders of the California Framing Contractors Association and currently is an active board member. Mr. Williams also served six years in the United States Marine Corps where he was a Non-Commission Officer.

Charles E. Treatch is the Chief Financial Officer of JRW Group, Inc. and is responsible for the development, finance and administration of the corporation. Prior to Mr. Treatch joining JRW Group, Inc., Mr. Treatch held a variety of positions with real estate development companies, ranging from Accountant to Chief Finance Officer and Residential Project Director. Mr. Treatch has been involved in the development of 857 single-family homes, 2,214 multi-family residential units for rent, 686 multi-family residential units for sale, and approximately 318,000 square feet in the development of commercial properties. Mr. Treatch graduated from California State University of Fresno earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.
